The original Classic Buses Website, founded in 1996. Around 40 pages of nostalgia for British buses from the 1930s to the 1960s, with an accent on halfcabs and lots of pictures to bring back the memories.    1685 Group - Omnibus Classic
The 1685 Group - The group is amongst the oldest within the British Bus Preservation Movement. It's collection comprises of three double-deck vehicles. Two vehicles are Ex. Birmingham City Transport, 1937 Daimler C0G5 1107 and 1948 Leyland PD2 1685. The third is from the Midland Red fleet, Leyland PD2 4031 (BMMO LD8).Site shows vehicles and group activities.
