An American Exploring Buddhism
I'm a skeptical person that's been exploring Buddhism for a year now. I've found that Buddhism has much to offer in the way of contentment and the 'meaning of life'. I'm currently training my mind. My aim is to have control over my thoughts and desires; I am constantly amazed at how little control I actually have.

Just recently added a blog of my own personal views towards Buddhism in general and Zen in particular. I am not a scholar but I try to read when I can. I am not a monk but I try to practice when I can. Additionally, please check out the Laughing Teabowl Zendo page on Facebook.
